Lindsay Sewekow’s Background

Ms. Sewekow, of Medford Lakes, NJ, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Caldwell College (now Caldwell University) in 2012 as a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. As an undergraduate student, she already excelled academically and in her extracurricular activities.

Ms. Sewekow went on to study at Widener University School of Law. She graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree in 2015. During her impressive education, she was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Honor Society in recognition of her commitment to scholarship, service and legal ethics.

In 2015, she won the William J. Conner Memorial Award for Administrative Law for academic excellence in administrative law, along with the William Connor Memorial Scholarship.

Her Journey With Our Firm

Ms. Sewekow first joined our firm as a summer intern in 2013, during her law school tenure. Before finishing law school, she worked as a pre-litigation clerk, intake assistant, and paralegal for our firm. She turned out to be such an integral part of the team that she then became a permanent employee. Today, she is our dedicated Investigative Attorney.

As an investigative attorney, Lindsay reviews every new personal injury matter signed by our firm.

When we accept the claim, Lindsay discovers the facts surrounding the accident and how we’re able to best serve that client. She works closely with our other attorneys and paralegal team to develop a custom legal strategy for each client.

Her hard work alongside our team of personal injury lawyers is one of the reasons we’re so successful at resolving the claims of our clients.

Lindsay Sewekow’s Background

As part of her law school education, Ms. Sewekow participated in the Delaware Civil Law Clinic of Widener University School of Law as a Certified Legal Intern. In this capacity, she worked under direct attorney supervision on family law cases that involved domestic violence, custody, and visitation matters.

While she awaited her Bar Exam results, she worked as a law clerk for Carlsbad, CA-based business and estate planning law firm Kelsall & Associates, P.C. She is also a Member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a statewide organization thousands of members strong which fights for laws that promote safe consumer products and employment settings, high-quality healthcare, and environmental protection.

“My love for personal injury began when I was a summer intern at this firm during law school. Most people have no idea what the process is like after they are injured, let alone what they are up against when dealing with an insurance company.” – Lindsay Sewekow

Lindsay Sewekow’s Cases

For many of our firm’s clients, the injury that brought them to seek out our firm is their first, or first serious, accident. Both young, novice drivers and older, experienced drivers can find themselves the victims of someone else’s negligence behind the wheel.

These individuals are already coping with the pain of a severe injury, and they don’t know what to do next. Fortunately, Ms. Sewekow does know, and helping these clients is one of the aspects of personal injury law she most enjoys.

Car Accident Case

Her most memorable case so far involved a woman whose car was hit by a driver who ran a red light. The impact occurred on the driver’s side of her car, totaling the vehicle.

The victim’s left femur took the brunt of the hit, suffering a break so severe that she had to undergo emergency surgery.

The last thing this woman needed while recovering from surgery was to try to navigate a complicated legal process that she had never dealt with before.

Ms. Sewekow got everything straightened out with her car and settled the case for the full amount of insurance coverage available – all in just a few months.

No Win. No Fee. No Catch.

Because she works on each and every case that comes into the firm, Ms. Sewekow has a direct impact on every new member of our client-family.

See what her affinity for connecting with our clients and her drive to excel can do for your personal injury claim.

It costs you nothing out of pocket to have Lindsay Sewekow and our entire team of experienced attorneys fighting for your legal rights. Call today for your free, no-obligation consultation.
