What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of California, the Christie’s data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On May 9, 2024, the company learned that portions of its IT network were impacted prompting Christie’s to secure their system and launch an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access its computer network between May 8, 2024 and May 9, 2024. On June 7, 2024, Christie’s sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
