It is believed to have impacted as many as 377,119 individuals. The Consensus Health data breach resulted in the below information of certain individuals being compromised:

What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Maine, the Consensus Health data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On October 19, 2023, Continuum identified suspicious activity within its computer network prompting an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party had gained access to its computer network between October 18, 2023 and October 19, 2023. On April 29, 2024, Continuum Health sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
