May 10, 2022 – Recently, Cornish College of the Arts (“Cornish”) reported a data breach after an unauthorized party was able to gain access to sensitive consumer information stored on the school’s computer servers. As a result of the breach, the following information of affected parties was leaked and accessible to the unauthorized party: full name, Social Security numbers, financial account information and security code, payment card information, driver’s license number, health insurance information, passport number, digital signatures, and medical information. On May 6, 2022, Cornish College of the Arts sent out data breach letters to those affected by the breach. That same day, the school also posted notice on its website informing consumers of the incident.

Subsequently, the school completed its review of the compromised files.
