What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Maine, the Form I-9 Compliance data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On April 12, 2024, the company learned that an unauthorized party gained access to its computer network prompting an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access confidential information stored on Form I-9’s computer network. On May 31, 2024, Form I-9 Compliance sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
