You’re going through a lot right now. You need someone you feel you can trust on your side – and that’s us.
We have more than 25 years of experience handling personal injury claims in New Jersey & Pennsylvania.
You’ve been through a lot – a harrowing accident, a painful injury. You know you need help, but choosing a lawyer is a daunting task. How do you find a law firm that is right for your situation?
What you might not know about us is how much you – your case, your wellbeing, your recovery – matters to us. In fact, our passion for helping families affected by accidents just like yours is the reason our firm exists in the first place.
We’re here to help when you need it most.
We have more than 25 years of experience handling personal injury claims in New Jersey & Pennsylvania.
Some attorneys love to talk about their own recognition and victories, but we know that no award or accolade is as important as making a real difference in the lives of the clients we represent.
Your well-being is our top priority. We don’t mean just the settlement or jury award we get for you. We care about your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. It matters to us that you get the best medical care to make the best possible physical recovery even as we’re working to get you the biggest financial recovery we can. It matters that your legal claim helps you find the emotional closure you need to move forward with your life.
When your case is closed, we don’t want you to say only, “This is how much money my lawyer got for me.” We want you to say, “This is how my legal team helped me after my accident.”
Who We Are
Today, our firm is known throughout the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region as Console and Associates P.C., but when we first opened we went by another name: the Law Office of Richard P. Console, Jr. P.C.
This name reflects our simple roots. Mr. Console founded the firm in 1994, shortly after finishing law school and passing the Bar exam. He wanted to set out on his own so that he could help the people who needed it most.
This motivation guided him as he grew from a two-person firm– just him and his wife, Cheryl – to the personal injury firm it is today.
Initially, he accepted almost every client but quickly decided that he could help his clients best if he specialized in one area of law, personal injury.
The rest is history.
Meet your Attorneys
A few years into her legal career, Ms. Sewekow is already playing a crucial role in the claims our clients bring to our firm. Lindsay Sewekow’s Background Ms. Sewekow, of Medford Lakes, NJ, is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California.
Richard P. Console, Jr. opened his firm to serve one purpose: to help the victims of accidents and injuries at a time when they most need assistance. That guiding principle helped him create a personal injury law firm with a remarkable record of success.
Attorney Michael E. Ellery knows how insurance adjusters and defense attorneys think – because he started out his career in these roles. Today, he exclusively represents injured people as an integral part of our firm.
Winning a personal injury claim isn’t easy. Filing a claim means taking on multi-billion dollar insurance companies who have dozens of lawyers whose only job is getting your claim denied. To succeed, you need a smart legal strategy.
One thing we do differently is to treat every case like it might go to trial from day one. This does not mean that you’ll have to appear in court. In fact, the opposite is true. In most of the claims we handle, we successfully resolve our client’s claims without going to trial.
One of the reasons we can do this is because we show insurance companies that we’re not afraid of going to trial if that’s what we need to do. Going to court is expensive, and a lot of personal injury attorney’s go out of their way to avoid it. We don’t. We will take a case to trial whenever it’s in the best interest of our clients.
That’s why insurance companies go out of their way to avoid going to court against us.
What it means is that we won’t let your case file sit around collecting dust for weeks before an attorney finally looks at it. Instead, it will go to our Investigative Attorney, Lindsay Sewekow, right away. She begins gathering evidence as soon as you retain us.
Our proactive efforts and diligent case preparation pay off. This philosophy – of always going the extra mile and, as Winston Churchill said‚ securing peace by preparing for war – has helped us get maximum compensation for thousands of clients injured in accidents like yours.
When you’re injured in an accident, you just want to get your life back on track. Unfortunately, if someone else caused your injury they’ll do everything they can to avoid responsibility.
On top of your recovery, you’re faced with mounting paperwork, endless phone calls, and medical bills that need to be paid. To put your life back together, you need an experienced lawyer. You need the team at Console & Associates P.C.
Our top priority is your well being.
You want to get better. That’s what matters and it’s what we care about. When you let us handle your claim we’ll do everything we can to make sure you get the treatment you need.
Yes, we fight to win your claim, but at the end of the day, it’s your health and well-being that comes first.
We’re on your side. Always
We fight hard for our clients, taking some cases all the way to the state Supreme Court if that’s what we needed to do to get them justice.
For us, giving up isn’t an option and insurance companies, hospitals, and corporations know it. We won’t stop fighting to hold them accountable and get you the settlement you deserve.
And until we get you your settlement, you don’t pay us anything. We don’t get paid until you win.
We Let You Focus On What’s Really Important
We’ll take care of the paperwork, the meetings, and the phone calls. In fact, we do everything we can with your case so you have time to focus on what’s really important — Your recovery.
We put our decades of successful experience to work for you so you don’t have to worry about your settlement. For more than twenty years we’ve helped our clients successfully settle their claims.
