Richard Console’s Background

A South Jersey native, Mr. Console grew up in Haddonfield and later returned to live in Cherry Hill with his wife and two sons. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors from Villanova University in 1989. As a recipient of the Richter Merit Scholarship, he attended Rutgers University School
of Law and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 1992. Mr. Console is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Outside of his legal work, his favorite activities include reading, cycling and playing basketball with his sons.

Our Firm 1994 to Present

Shortly after launching his legal career, Mr. Console decided to start his own firm, and the Law Office of Richard P. Console, Jr. P.C. was born. Though he first practiced general law, he quickly decided that he wanted to try personal injury claims exclusively. Today, he does just that. Along the way, other attorneys who shared his dedication to personal injury law joined the team. Mr. Console found that having a full legal team offered our clients even more: more perspectives, more experience, and more opportunities for strategic collaboration. With a team, he could assist more accident victims than he could on his own.

Richard Console’s Philosophy

What is it about personal injury law that Mr. Console found so compelling? For him, being an attorney is about helping people. What area of the law could possibly be more fulfilling than advocating for the injured and making sure they and their families are heard, healed and made whole?

“I started practicing the law because I wanted to help people. Our system says you have rights if you’re harmed due to the actions or negligence of someone else, but getting that justice is harder than it should be. Insurance companies will do anything to protect their earnings. As a personal injury attorney, I make sure these companies are forced to put people before profits.” – Founder, Richard P. Console, Jr.

Richard Console’s Cases

Mr. Console handles personal injury claims of all kinds, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, and medical malpractice. In over 25 years of practicing personal injury law, Mr. Console has helped more than 5,000 individuals file personal injury claims so they could get their life back on track. He did this by securing millions of dollars in damages from insurance companies and negligent businesses. Some of his most notable claims include:
