December 6 – The Advantis Global data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Advantis Global data breach resulted in the sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised.
According to the Attorney General of California, Advantis Global reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On or around October 22, 2022, Advantis discovered a security incident that had impacted the company’s corporate email system. They launched an investigation that determined that an unauthorized party was able to access its corporate email system between August 18, 2022 and October 24, 2022. The Advantis investigation also confirmed that the unauthorized party acquired emails containing confidential consumer data. On December 5, 2023, Advantis Global sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
