June 11 – The data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C. are investigating the Aldrich Advisors data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Aldrich Advisors data breach resulted in the sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised.

What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Montana, the Aldrich Advisors data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The company detected suspicious activity within an employee’s email account prompting Aldrich Advisors to secure the email account and launch an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party had been able to access the company’s IT network between October 9, 2023 and October 12, 2023. On  April 1, 2024, Aldrich Advisors sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
