On May 30, 2024, Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) discovered that an unauthorized individual had gained access to an employee’s email account. ASHN promptly secured the compromised account and initiated a thorough investigation with support from cybersecurity professionals. The investigation concluded on February 14, 2025, confirming that the intruder had accessed personal and/or protected health information stored in the email account. Following this discovery, ASHN carefully examined the affected data to identify the nature of the information involved and determine which individuals were impacted.
On April 14, 2025, Alternate Solutions Health Network sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
