According to a notice posted on their website, Bi-Bett Corporation reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On February 17, 2023, Bi-Bett identified suspicious activity within an employee’s email account. The company secured the affected account and launched an investigation. On April 14, 2023, Bi-Bett confirmed that an unauthorized party had gained access to the employee’s email account and that the account contained confidential information belonging to certain patients. On June 13, 2023, Bi-Bett Corporation sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
