June 29 – The Community Research Foundation data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cybersecurity attack. The Community Research Foundation data breach resulted in the confidential information of certain individuals being compromised. It is believed to have impacted as many as 30,057 individuals.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (“HHS-OCR”) and a notice posted on their website, Community Research Foundation reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. Information regarding the data breach is still limited. However, the Community Research Foundation will likely start sending out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
