According to the Attorney General of California, the Cooper Aerobics data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On February 3, 2023, the company learned that an unauthorized party may have been able to access its computer network. Cooper Aerobics contained the threat and launched an investigation. On March 19, 2023, it was confirmed that an unauthorized party accessed and/or removed sensitive patient data from its IT network on February 3, 2023. On January 5, 2023, Cooper Aerobics sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.

operate in the same industry, including Cooper Clinic, P.A., Cooper Medical Imaging, LLP, and Cooper Aerobics Enterprises, Inc. Some of the company’s facilities include Cooper Clinic, Cooper Spa, Cooper Fitness Center, Cooper Hotel, and Cooper Complete Vitamins.
