November 30 – The Alps Alpine North America data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Alps Alpine North America data breach resulted in the names, Social Security numbers, addresses, driver’s license numbers and other government-issued identification numbers of certain individuals being compromised. According to a notice posted on their website, Alps Alpine North America reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On July 6, 2023, Alps Alpine identified suspicious activity within its computer system. The company isolated the affected servers and launched an investigation that confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access the personal information and business files of employees at its North American subsidiary, Alps Alpine North America, Inc. On November 28, 2023, Alps Alpine North America sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
