October 19 – The Atlas Healthcare data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Atlas Healthcare data breach resulted in the names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical information, health insurance information, driver’s license numbers and financial information of certain individuals being compromised.
Atlas Healthcare reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. Atlas recently learned that an unauthorized party had gained access to its IT network on January 20, 
2023. The company secured its systems, notified law enforcement, and then launched an investigation. The Atlas Healthcare investigation confirmed that the unauthorized party was able to access files containing confidential information pertaining to certain patients. More specifically, those who received care at Manchester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Arbors of Hop Brook, and Vernon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Atlas Healthcare sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
