According to the Attorney General of Montana, Concorde Investment Partners reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On March 2, 2023, Concorde became aware of a potential data security issue when it appeared that there was unauthorized access to an employee email account. The company secured the email account in question and launched an investigation which confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to gain access to an employee email account between February 28, 2023 and March 2, 2023. On October 19, 2023, Concorde 
Investment Partners sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
