November 9 – The CRC Insurance Services, LLC (“CRC Group”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The CRC Insurance Services data breach resulted in the names, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state identification numbers, financial account information, and dates of birth of certain individuals being compromised.
According to the Attorney General of Texas, CRC Insurance Services reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. Information on the breach is still limited but the CRC Group filed notice of data breach on November 7, 2023. After learning that sensitive consumer data was accessible to an unauthorized party, CRC Insurance Services launched an investigation to review the compromised files to determine what information was leaked and which consumers were impacted. On November 7, 2023, CRC Insurance Services sent out data breach letters to those 
individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
