October 25 – The Fellowship Village data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Fellowship Village data breach resulted in the names, addresses, Social Security numbers, patient identification numbers, medical record numbers, medical and treatment information, health insurance information, financial account information, and dates of birth of certain individuals being compromised.
According to a notice posted on their website, Fellowship Village reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On or around August 9, 2023, Fellowship Village detected suspicious activity within its computer system. The company notified federal law enforcement and then launched an investigation which confirmed that an unauthorized party gained access to its systems between July 27, 2023 and August 9, 2023, where they were able to access certain files containing confidential consumer information. On October 8, 2023, Fellowship Village sent out 
data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
