November 11 – The Georgia Northside Ear, Nose, and Throat, LLC data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Georgia Northside ENT data breach resulted in the sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised. It is believed to have impacted as many as 37,774 individuals.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, Georgia Northside ENT reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. Information about the breach is still limited but the incident involved a “Hacking / IT incident” of an email account. However, it is unclear whether the incident involved a cyberattack against Georgia Northside ENT or one of the company’s vendors. On September 29, 2023, Georgia Northside ENT sent out data breach 
letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
