November 7 – The Life Generations Healthcare LLC (“LGH”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Life Generations Healthcare data breach resulted in the names, addresses, dates of birth, medical information, health insurance information, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers or state ID numbers, and financial account information of certain individuals being compromised.
According to a notice posted on their website, Life Generations Healthcare reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. LGH recently discovered that an unauthorized party was able to temporarily access several employee email accounts. The company contained the affected email accounts and then launched an investigation which confirmed that there was unauthorized access to certain employee email accounts between May 24, 2023 and June 12, 2023. It was also determined that some of the emails and attachments that were accessible to the unauthorized party contained confidential patient data. On November 3, 2023, Life Generations Healthcare sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by 
the breach.
