November 1 – The LiveAction, Inc. data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The LiveAction data breach resulted in the names, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, health insurance information, and financial account information of certain individuals being compromised.
According to the Attorney General of Maine, LiveAction reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On or around May 22, 2023, LiveAction stopped a ransomware attack targeting the company’s computer network. The company then launched an investigation and confirmed that certain information stored on the company’s IT network was compromised, including files containing confidential consumer information. On October 23, 2023, LiveAction sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the 
breach.
