October 26 – The South Austin Health Imaging LLC dba Longhorn Imaging Center (“Longhorn Imaging Center”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Longhorn Imaging Center data breach resulted in the names, addresses, health information and insurance information of certain individuals being compromised.
According to the Attorney General of Texas, Longhorn Imaging Center reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. Longhorn Imaging recently learned that information that had been entrusted to the company may have been subject to unauthorized access. The company launched an investigation and confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to 
access confidential consumer data. On October 25, 2023, Longhorn Imaging Center sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
