November 11 – The Pharmacy Group of Mississippi LLC data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Pharmacy Group of Mississippi data breach resulted in the sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised. It is believed to have impacted as many as 13,129 individuals.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, Pharmacy Group of Mississippi reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. Information about the breach is still limited but it appears the incident involved a “Hacking / IT incident” of a network server. It is also possible that the breach involved victims’ protected health information. On November 7, 2023, Pharmacy Group of Mississippi sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose 
information was affected by the breach.
