November 11 – The Refresco Beverages U.S. Inc. data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Refresco Beverages data breach resulted in the personal health information and information related to workers’ compensation claims of certain individuals being compromised. It is believed to have impacted as many as 25,170 individuals.
According to the Attorney General of Maine, Refresco Beverages reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack on May 14, 2023. The company launched an investigation that confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access portions of the company’s North American servers. It was later determined that some of the files that were accessible to the unauthorized party contained confidential employee information. On November 9, 2023, Refresco Beverages sent out data breach 
letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
