November 22 – The Westside Community Services data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Westside Community Services data breach resulted in the names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, financial account information, medical information and health insurance information of certain individuals being compromised.

Westside recently learned that an unauthorized party had gained access to its computer network. The company launched an investigation and confirmed that there was unauthorized access to Westside’s computer system between April 25, 2023 and May 1, 2023, including files containing confidential patient data. On November 15, 2023, Westside Community Services sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
