June 15 – The Henry Ford Health System data breach is being investigated by the data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C. The data breach was reported after the company was affected by a third party cybersecurity attack at mscripts, LLC. The Henry Ford Health System data breach resulted in the names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, prescription information, protected health information and health insurance information of certain individuals being compromised.
