On November 3, 2023, Infosys learned that it was impacted by a cybersecurity event in which an unauthorized party accessed portions of the company’s computer network. On November 24, 2023, Infosys McCamish Systems informed Bank of America that data concerning certain deferred compensation plans serviced by Bank of America may have been affected. On February 1, 2024, Infosys McCamish Systems sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
