June 30 – The Integrated Oncology Network (“ION”) data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Integrated Oncology Network data breach resulted in the names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical diagnoses, lab results, financial account details, and more of certain cCARE individuals being compromised.

What Happened As A Result Of The Integrated Oncology Network Data Breach?

Data Breach AlertAccording to filings with the California Attorney General, Integrated Oncology Network determined that an unauthorized party accessed private data through compromised email and SharePoint accounts between December 13 and December 16, 2024. After identifying the breach, the company launched an internal investigation to assess the scope of the incident and the types of information impacted.

On June 13, 2025, ION notified affiliated oncology groups, including cCARE (California Cancer Associates for Research & Excellence), that some of their patients’ data had been exposed. Then, on June 27, 2025, the company mailed out data breach notification letters to affected individuals, providing details on what personal and health-related data may have been compromised.

This level of exposure places victims at heightened risk for identity theft, financial fraud, and medical privacy violations.

On June 27, 2025, Integrated Oncology Network sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
