What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Vermont, the Kenneth Young Center data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cybersecurity attack. On March 6, 2024, KYC experienced a data security incident that sparked an investigation. The KYC data breach investigation confirmed that the company’s IT network had been compromised, and that an unauthorized individual had stolen files containing confidential information.

While the breached information varies from person to person, it may include your name, Social Security number, ID information, financial account information, passport number, protected health information, and date of birth.
