On May 31, 2023, the company detected suspicious activity within an employee’s email account. KRD secured its email system and launched an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access the employee email account. This access allowed the unauthorized party to view certain emails and attachments containing confidential consumer information. On February 26, 2024, Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
