February 15 – The data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C. are investigating the Signature Performance data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. The Signature Performance data breach resulted in the sensitive information of certain individuals being compromised.

What Happened?

According to the Attorney General of Montana, the Signature Performance data breach was reported after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On January 18, 2024, Signature Performance detected suspicious activity within its IT network prompting them to launch an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party accessed its computer network between the dates of January 17, 2024 and January 18, 2024. IT was also determined that certain files containing confidential consumer information were among the files accessed by the unauthorized party. On February 9, 2024, Signature Performance sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
