August 15 – The Tift Regional Health System, Inc. data breach lawyers at Console & Associates, P.C are investigating the data breach that was reported after the company was targeted in a recent cyber security attack. According to the Attorney General of Maine, Tift Regional Health System, Inc. reported a data breach after they were targeted in a recent cyber security attack. On August 16, 2022, Tift detected suspicious activity within its computer network. The company launched an investigation that confirmed that certain files on its computer system were accessible to an unauthorized party between August 11, 2022 and August 17, 2022. Subsequently, Tift Regional Health System determined that some of these files contained confidential information that had been entrusted to Tift. On August 11, 2023, Tift Regional Health System, Inc. sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.
