On August 14, 2022, OMNI Healthcare reported a data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights stemming from an event involving the unauthorized access or disclosure of consumers’ sensitive information. However, because the breach was only recently reported, the exact nature of the compromised data is not yet publicly available.
