September 14, 2022 – The Springs Living, LLC reported a data breach after the company was targeted in a recent cybersecurity attack but has not yet released the data types affected. On September 13, 2022, The Springs Living sent out data breach letters to those individuals whose information was affected by the breach.

What Happened? On May 12, 2022, we discovered unusual activity on our computer network. We immediately began an investigation, which included working with third-party specialists. The investigation determined that an unknown party accessed certain locations on our computer network without authorization on May 12, 2022 for a limited time. Therefore, we conducted a thorough review of the potentially impacted locations on our network to determine the type of information contained therein and to whom the information related. On August 15, 2022, we completed our review and began confirming address information for potentially impacted individuals. To date, we have no reason to believe any information was misused as a result of this incident.
