What Happened: On May 27, 2022, Watson was victimized by a sophisticated ransomware attack that impacted our network. Upon discovery, we immediately took steps to review our network security, contacted law enforcement, and began an investigation with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists to determine how this incident occurred. The investigation revealed that certain Watson files, kept in the normal course of business, may have been subject to unauthorized access. Because there was the potential for unauthorized access to personal information contained within those files, we then compiled a list of individuals potentially impacted and worked to obtain sufficient address information in order to provide notification. That process was completed on July 20, 2022. We are now notifying potentially impacted individuals out of an abundance of caution.

What Information Was Involved: The information believed to potentially be at risk includes your first and last name, in combination with your [Redacted].
